The pre-order is over this is the production phase, the manufacturer will need atleast 3 weeks until every hoodie is produced.
After the production it gets to shipping which will take, depending on where you live, 3-14 days.
After receiving the product the customer receives 14 days time to return the hoodie. Returns will ONLY be accepted if the hoodie is in it's original shape, this means inside and outside tags are still on, the product wasn't washed and the hoodie is undamaged.
