After ordering the product will be shipped within 1-5 days.
After receiving the product the customer receives 14 days time to return the hoodie. Returns will ONLY be accepted if the hoodie is in it's original shape, this means inside and outside tags are still on, the product wasn't washed and the hoodie is undamaged.
